About Erika Rexhouse, LCSW-R
Erika Rexhouse, LCSW-R, has more than 20-years of direct clinical practice with adults and youth as well as extensive administrative, grants management, and supervisory experience. Erika came to Symphony Medical from My Sisters’ Place (MSP), a domestic violence prevention and clinical care organization in Westchester County. There, she has served as the Senior Director of Clinical Services since 2019. In her role, Erika increased MSP's capacity to provide trauma assessment and treatment services to both clients and staff. She developed a Telehealth platform early in the pandemic, now utilized by staff across all of their clinical programs and legal services. Erika successfully restructured MSP’s Department of Social Services (DSS) collaboration in 2020 and helped to expand its Children’s Program in 2021. She has also been a longstanding member of the Department of Community Mental Health Suicide Prevention Task Force as well as the Trauma Committee and the Co-Occurring System of Care Team, making her well connected to mental health providers and resources Countywide.
